What You Do When You Wanna Cry Or Feel Sad?
Realize it could be worse and stop being sad.
Talking always helps
Eat. In fact,that's what I always do.
Get really angry and beat up a plush doll :P
Take all tht anger and put it into my work out :)
listen to music and try to stay positive, maybe take a nap.
put on some calming chill music and drift away.
I talk it out with someone I trust like my best friend or girl friend
Talk to someone and listen to music.
