my sisters freind(my neighbor and freind too!) talks a lot about me at his school!!! i already told him to stop but he wont listen!!

Ask him if he would like it if you spread lies or rumors about HIM. Ask him what his problem with you is, and again, politely ask him to stop. Btw, why is this under Adult Relationships?

He says,"Hey her(my sister) sister is funny!! But when it comes to playing she is boring! Did u know shes my neighbor??!! Cool huh?!?! She a cool neighbor! Im lucky!" And ect. Stuff like that!

Sounds like he's just trying to get a reaction out of you. Don't react, and make sure us sister isn't feeding him info.

What does he like? Find out and hide it from him. Then paint his car pink in the middle of the night. Start wearing a lot of pink after that. (humor)
