How fast do you need to cook for it to be considered "Fast Food"?
you just need to have the food done in a reasonable time.
well the point of fast food is that it's cooked before and then frozen and then re-heated when it's needed. that way it's faster and easier to prepare it.
It also referres to food the is quick to prepare as in 30 minutes or under. There are a few good cook books out on this topic and Rachel Ray has a cable show regarding this.
