No energy drinks during day. stop video games 1 hr prior to bed time. avoid sugary foods and those w/ caffeine before bed. Physical activity all day exertion. I got home from work tending 3 kids making dinner cleaning house and fixing what ever s broken I'm exhausted. form a regular routine
Drink some Anise Tea Or go to a herbalist or a store and buy Chamomile, Mint and Catnip herbs boil them with water and drink them like tea.....this should help cure your sleeping problem+it's cheaper than buying sleeping pills which can be dangerous sometimes....trust me i know what i am talking about!!!! Tell me what happens with you :p
lots of good suggestions here... don't have any stimulants (coffee, chocolate, caffeinated drinks) after 6pm, wind down, let the mind settle with music or something that does not require thought (no books, computer, new tv shows etc.), have a set wake up time and stick to it, go to bed two hours earlier, exercise during the day. Melatonin is a natural sleep stimulant that can help you fall asleep as well, it is non habit forming like some of the over the counter and prescription sleep aids out there. Above all stick to the new schedule, waking up early and going to bed at a certain time.
