It depends on the person but it doesn't really work for the body as it's used to one pattern like eating when you're hungry and you suddenly stop it which can have because it's like lacking sleep, there are many consequences with it unless you develop a habit for it and your body is comfortable with it.
uhh ookay i am not sure what you mean. i grew up poor country, so dieting wasn't a way of life. if we could grow it or harvest it we ate, if we didn't or couldn't. we went hungry. so i am not sure how to answer you. maybe you should try living natural?
