Like you normally walk, just try to keep your legs a bet closer together on stairs and such. Just practice walking around your room. Make sure you stand up straight (posture makes the heels easier!) Good luck!
in heels, walk like you normally would. dont walk with your toes and heels touching the ground at the same time. like you normally walk, put your heel down first, then your toes. dont over extend yourn feet either. it will make you look like a weirdo. take smaller steps, but not little old lady steps. (let the little old ladies do that) with the skirt, if its long, dont let it get caught in your shoes or on anything else. Good Luck. you should also practice before the big night. if you want to, just show up in the heels and when you start dancing or when your feet start to hurt, change into some flats.
this is an art ive mastered what you do is walk heel toe heel toe it doesnt matter if you are wearing a skirt dont forget to stand tall and straight cause if your slouching what is the point of wearing heels?think tall and elegant....you got this.
The same way you walk in heels and jeans, is the skirt relevant, or is it the heels that you're trying to get used to? Heel - toe heel- toe , no matter what you're wearing, and always glance where you're walking- about a yard ahead of you, that way you know what's coming, therefore avoiding falls. you will get it in no time.

Walking in skirts is not difficult at all. Heels, however, may take some getting used to. But it's really not very hard, I wear heels all the time. Walk heel-toe, and start small so that you aren't wobbling around looking silly.
