I'd love a block button, that actually blocked users from seeing me. I've been harassed on here, and have an ask-friend who is going thru the same thing.

I pretty much gave Ask high marks. I am seeing improvements since the guidelines have gotten a little stricter. For instance I'm not seeing "how old do I look?" or "do you think I'm cute?" questions constantly.
The only thing I suggested was if some of our flaggings could be taken more seriously or looked at more closely.

Yes I got it and gave good reports. My suggestions were kind of different. I suggested a debate section so if someone is trying to answer a poll question about what religion they do or do not believe in, after several entries from others telling them how stupid they are for their beliefs, if both or more parties parties agree, it can be declared a "debate status" and be moved to a debate section . There's no reason why all of us who answer those questions should be subjected to reading cruel and degrading remarks from those who disagree- and one debate has been going on for 5 days now. I also said that many people are being mean by pressing the smiley button on really sad questions such as a relative dying or any other serious manner and it should be removed because that hurts others when they need help and people are pressing the smiley face for serious answers. And the last thing is, if someone young or foreign is having a really hard time with spelling and grammar yet they need help witha serious problem, it's just not the right time to bring it up. There's got to be a better way than to insult someone when they need help.

I'm late answering this question, Happy. I did not get the survey, but today I got an email asking for feedback about people coming back. I am still very upset with Ask.com's customer service, so they got a very negative feedback from me. I'm surprised to see so many positive responses on here. I guess the friends of mine that did leave weren't so lucky to receive a response. I'm glad you were here and were able to give positive feedback, I'm just glad you're happy I guess!
