I recommend a good powder BCAA, A powder glutamine, magnesium, a pre-workout that provides a good pump, not just a buzz, C4 is good until you build a tolerance to it. Best way to stack pre-workout is Creatine BCAA, your vasodilator whichever you chose. post BCAA, protein and glutamine, and Creatine.
well i take no protein at all but at once i was taking this stuff called animal it is in a cylinder can it comes with 9 pills in each pack month supply but i would recommend if you are barley starting the gym i would suggest no protein just yet but if you are a power lifter i would suggest animal it will make you work 15% more harder need anything els ??
