yes but the law hasn't taken effect yet...my son is camped out on the Kansas Colorado border,waiting

I think I read something a while ago about it being legalized. Wait for more answers though :)

I think it was also legalized in Washington. Technically it's legal in California because no one cares really. (this info from a friend of mine in Cali)

At this point, possession of an ounce or less is legal here in Colorado. However, it is illegal to buy or sell it (except medical). There is a pot "bar" open where you can go in and smoke your own in Denver. The rest of the details will be worked out this year.

Medical has been legal here for about 4 years and the Feds have stayed away.
