It's very unlikely that this indicates breast cancer. The things to look for include a lump or thickening of breast tissue or in surrounding tissue, which includes your armpits; any discharge from the nipples; swelling in the armpit(s); pain, discoloration, heat or tenderness anywhere in the breast; any change in the appearance of the breast.
