What are ways I can lose belly fat fast?
Stuff I can do at home(no medical stuff)
Stop eating junk food, sugar, etc. replace with whole grains, vegetables, "real foods", and start exercising. Added hormones in dairy & junk meats (McDonald's, etc.) are making our youngsters fat. Good luck!
Write down all the stuff you eat and their calories. Work out an hour a day. Whether it's a work out video or a sit-ups.
Stop eating all the crap you eat! Limit your daily Caloric intake to 2000 a day.
Excerise just don't strave yourself get yourself into eating healthy and maybe not have so much junk food.
