I would have to say fresh Salmon ! From the sea , not farmed . But I've heard that mackerel and canned sardines are good for you too ! But I don't like mackerel and sardines are OK , but I love fresh Salmon ! Loaded with all kinds of good things for your body !
yup!... it's salmon. canned tuna is yum yum with apples, scallions, celery and dill... you can get dill in the bulk section of any health food store, like whole foods or vitamin cottage... canola mayo is the best. a little sliced tomato, sprouts if your up for it!!! lot's of water!
