There are lots of web sites that can give you a healthy eating plan. Generally, eat lots of fruit & vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, low-fat dairy. Limit fats & sugars. Drink lots of water. The less processed the food is, usually the more healthful it is. So, for instance, an apple with the peel left on is better for you than applesauce with flavoring, coloring and sugar added. Even "natural applesauce" has been processed and doesn't give you as much fiber as an apple does.
