So I get the black ops zombies app for 7 bucks and a pop up said you have blah blah cod points to unlock new levels and blah blah, how do I?

I looked through the whole app and it doesn't say any where about new levels, also it keeps telling me I need more ram? what? and also I can't hear the sound effects like at all! it's so quiet, but when I get a perk its like BOOM IN MY EAR! and lastly I can play with people I invite, but not just any random person... why? please leave any suggestions

I'm currently on round 112 and yeah I'm getting the ram thing. Just close some background apps and it should fix it
