This is not to insult by no means. First would depend on you weight or to how much water you are holding. I can answer this because when I was over three hundred pounds the weight dropped off very quickly but the more you lose the harder it should get. The human body will adapt to any kind of exercise and even anything that you might take to help with losing weight. Remember everybody is different in the way that there body may react. Eat healthy, you must eat to lose weight, if not the body will go into a starvation mode and when you do eat (and most do:) ) your body will store it. Remember good pain while training or what ever it is you do and keep it changed up. Hoped this help.
