I am a 13 year old girl. I weigh 180. My goal is to be 125 by summer. Any tips?

it's winter so I can't ride my bike.

exercise more and instead of eating candy when you want a snack eat fruits apples grapes stuff like that or yogurt. whatever you do just dont starve yourself yea maybe if you starve yourself you will lose weight but you will feel weak and not be healthy. or just look at some diet tips online. good luck! :)

RUNNING, if you run from now until then at least 3 miles a day I'll guarantee you'll see the results soon. Eating healthy too

eat less, even though you might want to eat lets say a piece of cake orangutan a bag of chips, say no! be in a diet, eat fruits and veggies. excercise, do 10 jumping jacks everyday or so, be active, dont be lazy, drink water not soda! no juice! only water!!!!!! water has 0 calories... start excercising today everyday and by the end of summer, you should see a huge difference

I also plan to loose a little amount of weight snd though I have started off quite well I can't be sure you will havr the same results by usong my method. I have cut out snacks in between meals that I used to enjoy and have tried to portion out smaller amounts of food than usual for meals. I also have been excercise a fair amount. Good luck on your journey to accomplishing your goal!

Exercise and control what/how much you eat. Your parents can help you by not bringing sugary foods into the house, and making healthier meals (if they cook for you). Also, I think that might be a little too much weight by the end of summer, so go for a reasonable goal. Good luck!

Watch you diet, exercise, start slow and record what you do and eat; that should give you a good start. See you doctor before you start. Your doctor will be able to help you with your diet.Most of all, don't expect to lose you weight too fast. It took awhile for you to gain the weight; and it will take awhile for it to come off. :-)

Learn how to eat a 2000 Calorie a day menu. Look at all the labels on the back of food packages. Once you learn what a 'serving size' is, and keep track of the calories....... Your weight will never be an issue. Just to let you know when you go out for 'fast food' and have (just for example) One big Mac, one Large fries, and One Large coke, That is ALL you are supposed to eat Calorie wise ALL DAY! You need to learn what GOOD food is. And your body will thank you forever!

That's too much weight to lose by summer; If i were you I'd cut it in half... Try to get to 150 by summer, 125 by next winter. If you set unrealistic goals for yourself you'll just get discouraged and you'll get nowhere. It's not healthy to lose weight so rapidly. **Remember--you didn't gain the weight over night so you won't lose it over night either!** But I recommend you look into Weight Watchers...it's easy and IT WORKS! I've seen results for myself. You can eat anything, it's just a matter of portion control. If you're going to have a snack, go for an apple or banana instead of cookies or candy. Be sure to include the proper amount of servings per each food group in your diet daily. And absolutely DO NOT eay before bed. If you do you will rapidly gain weight. As a rule, you shouldn't eat anything within the last two hours before bed. You can lose some good inches on your waist by doing crunches too. I used to do a couple hundred crunches in the morning and a couple hundred at night--taking breaks as necessary of course! GOOD LUCK! It's a tough rough, keep ya head up!

Walking or jogging shortly after you wake up in the morning, on a somewhat empty stomach is a good way to lose weight
