pros : healthy, Natural, your not eating animals lol. Cons: if your picky you starve or gain weight, can make you sick if you don't eat enough protein, you may keep your craving for meat. (really its all about why you want to become one, for fun or for a cause)
pros: nicer to animals, less chances of getting diseases from meat, no more gross fast food burgers. Cons: People can be mean and call vegetarians "hippies" for not eating animals, if you like meat there are alternatives to it for vegetarians but they can be more expensive.
Pros: Lots of veggies and the like. You also don't have to feel bad about the animal you're eating (still have yet to feel remorse about it...) Cons: You get a lot less protein in your diet. You can't have a burger. Or bacon. Or ribs. Or a steak. I could never be a vegetarian... I don't have the willpower.

i start to try to only eat vegetarian food for many months, but my family still eat meat, and every time i eat with my family and have some meat, i would feel that the breath is not so fresh if i exhale through my mouth while i am talking.
i eat eggs, vegetables, beans, and some other kind of plants.
Cons: Harder to get proteins, harder to eat fast food, time consuming to think of meals (and cook them!) Pros: Less animals proteins, Healthy life style, Less torcherd and murdered animals, more fresh foods, an overall longer life. I have been a vegetarian since i was 7, and I love it! ok people I'm a vegan And started out as a vegetarian. Us needing meat is a myth. I should know. Im healthy and happy. You can actually cure diseases by basing your diet on a vegan like diet. Meat has a high cholesterol percentage with contributes to having a heart attack. If you have more questions you should watch the movie "forks aver knives"
