Think of it in inches rather than pounds. Muscle is leaner AND heavier than fat. Think about it, fat floats and it giggles...yuk! You can take two different people with that same weight and height and one could wear a size 3 (the one with less fat and more muscle) while the other could be in a 5 or 7.
