Im a cheerleader and jumps go ABOVE my waist.I have a photo of it. When i first started cheering (4 years ago) there wee total crap. STRETCH ALOT. like all the time. practice jumping. when you jump it shoul feel like your legs are gliding up and down. And lnd softly thats how u know you did it right. It should feel like flying,. haha. thats ow mine feel. and practice rotating your hips out while you jump. to get the feel, stand up, lift your leg and rotate your hip back. now do that with both legs while jumping. they will look much more bigger. and try everything you can to keep your chest UP. that makes them look WAAAY better.
