how to do needed steps to enduce needed sleep asap?

They don't know you like I know you! NO false drugs. They are habit forming (know whut I mean!?) Exercise in the afternoon, or evening to tire yourself out. When you go to sleep, no distractions. No TV, No light, No reading, No phone, NO ASK! Your bed is for SLEEPING! Too often the bed becomes a 'mini' office. Make it for sleep.

I like a nice breeze when I sleep. Buy a small fan. The sound, and the breeze
might put you to sleep.
