Should a teacher over the age of 55 be retired or fired from her job?

asked this cause there is this disgusting old lady that isnt fit for teaching that teaches at my school. she is a horrible teacher like if you ask her a question she will tell you to answer it yourself, if you are allowed to be late she gets upset, if the class is chatty she gets super upset and tells them to hush up! she is neglegant to IEPs in the school. I say if she is prone to that type of stuff or any other dysfuctional symptoms she needs to be fired. what do you say? also if a teacher forgets you are allowed to have a book in class, should she be scolded or fired? PS: the book is for everyday use. I have a book at home and a book in school. she forgets that my accomadations say i need to have a book for in-school use.

I'm not a teacher, but I am 55.
I'm just now hitting my prime!!
I've got a lot of good years ahead of me!!
Fired?
F--- that. That's age discrimination.
Retired?
Only if you wanna support my golf & fishing habit!

well its for the sake of others for a unreasonable teacher to be fired. just the way they act and respond would make firing under consideration.

the teacher has anger issues and is terrible at answering questions. if she is prone to that type of stuff she needs to be retired/fired.
