Chest pains and arm pains

it's going on a month that I have been experiencing pain in my chest and left arm. I get sharp stinging pains in my chest and achy pains in my arm. they especially happen when I lay down and are accompanied with the feeling of not getting enough air. my heart beats rapidly and off beat frequently. I'm young and don't take prescriptions. is this something I should worry about or is it something like stress, panic attacks, etc. lately I havent been drinking enough water as I normally do and my appetite is off.

I had a couple of heart attacks with the same symptoms. So, why are you waiting so long to have it checked out? It could be just stress, it could be a lot worse. Get yourself to a doctor!

It wasn't as noticeable and now it will distract my sleep and activities. I'm only 20 but I think I also might have asthma. Breathing has become harder along with my heart pain. I'll go see a doctor who can make an accurate diagnosis.

Yeah go see a doctor. You might be having lung problems or heart problems.
