Yes, but only in moderation, once in awhile. Both my parents are diabetic.

only is they say theyre for diabetics, you can find some sugar free sweets in the pharmaceutical section in walmart

you can but you need to be sure to kaap an eye on you BGL's. if you are on insulin, it is best not as you could have too much sugar, then have a shot of insulin and it is really not good for your body to be all up and down like that. it is best to avoid sweets or stick to sweets that are not too sugary.

redsox is right. You can in moderation. INstead of eating both the little debbies in the package eat one. You can also opt for sugar free treats.

If its added into your meal plan. A little candy could be part of a meal in which case you need to calculate the total # of carbohydrates in the meal and adjust your insulin accordingly.
You really should talk to a nutritionist .

Even things labeled sugar free still have carbohydrates that will raise you blood sugar level. Stay away from that stuff.
