i think im pregnant . what should i do?

im 14 , and i have several symptoms of pregnancy. and im really late on my period. and im really scared. what are my options and likelyhood of me actually being pregnant.

First take a pregnancy test. If it comes up positive, you need to tell your mom. If it comes up negative, don't have s3x again until you're ready to be a mom.

It isn't about that, Have you engaged in S3xual activity? That should give you a good answer if whether or not you are pregnant. If so, be honest. Tell your parents,

Why should you feel bad for this kid? This is why people get sucked into these reality shows. Before you know it, it'll be called 8 and pregnant. Don't feel bad for a child who makes a horrible decision that would ruin her life. Want a HS degree? Forget that. She's lucky if she gets a GED.

Kids are maturing sexually at a much younger age nowadays (it's kinda scary how young it can be). Just because you're a teen it doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to enjoy the closeness and pleasure of sex with the person you love (emphasyz on love, if you don't love the person, dont sleep with them is my opinion). And it's pretty normal for kids to want to explore each others body at this age.

@hi5me1, some people get pure pressured into it and it gets addicting, like cutting yourself.. You just can't stop. I for one, could never judge someone based on things they do that I don't like. I cut myself, and it's turned to an addiction to the point where I can't stop..... It relieves my stress. True, it kind of disgusts me how people so young could be in a sexual relationship, but I would never be so crude as to hope they get some sort of disease...

First thing.... go to drugstore and buy a home pregnancy test. Go home. Read the directions. Use it. Then, when you get the results, have a discussion with your parents. Depending upon the results, either talk about what you are going to do, OR, talk to them about taking you to the female Dr. for a check up. At the Dr.s office, let the doctor know you would like to speak the them alone. Ask for BC. ALSO. every time. I mean EVERY time he wears a condom. EVERYTIME! Good Luck

Have you had sex? If not there is no way ur pregnant. If you have- take an at home pregnancy test- maybe take more than 1 just in case of a false positive. Either way see a doctor to make sure and to find out ur next steps whether ur pregnant or something else is wrong. Consider telling an adult u can trust. Good luck.

I would assume you've had sex. That's kind of a given. Take a pregnancy test. If it comes up negative and you still don't get your period in another week, you should see a doctor. And then you're probably going to have to break some really bad news to her. Honey, if you're not, don't do this. I remember how I felt at your age, but it's not worth it to ruin your life. You've got your whole life ahead of you. You're probably not going to marry this guy. Save yourself for that special man.

how about hope ur not and make it thru school and possibly college and get a decent job. live a bit. get real close to trojan condoms. cos its not all about the glamour . kids are a lot of time and money. and I'm sure mommy AND daddy dont want to raise a grand baby when they still raising u

I am a registered nurse. It does sound like you are pregnant but other things can make you skip a period besides pregnancy. You most be very frightened right now....I wish I could be with you in person. You could go to a walk in clinic and have a blood test done to confirm whether or not you are pregnant and there are counsellors to help you to consider your options. I wish you all the best.

I was late this month too, I was scared to death, but since your a teen emotions and stress can cause you to skip your period. Unless you know that you had sex then you can be pregnant, but if you didn't it's okay to be late, I still am, but teens always skip, you stop until you get older, after that then theres a day to when it comes, youre 14 so everythings fine. Hope it helped.
