How far should I go?

Im 14 and Im just wondering how far is too far to go with my boyfriends ( example: kissing, making out..etc ) Thanks :)

You should go as far as you yourself are comfortable with. If you are ready for more than kissing, that's okay. If you aren't, you're boyfriend should respect that.

Not really bad advice. Everyone is different and relationships (including sexual ones) can be a lot of fun and are not hurting anyone if they are undertaken with caution and respect. If the two respect each other, consent and can talk about these things freely then there is no reason for your narrow-minded oppressing views and your denial of education about how to have successful relationships to the children of the time.

KEY WORD... CHILDREN. Children do not need to be having sex. Period. This should NOT be encouraged. People get their children taken away for allowing such practices. Successful relationships for children do not involve sex. Wow. I bet your kids are winners.... or are you one of the sexually active children looking for someone to validate your immorality and lack of education??

Technically they're not children but teenagers... There's a difference. People develope differently of course but most 14 year olds have already gone through puberty. And puberty brings sexual urges so of course kids will... Uhm... Experiment. In my country the legal age of consent is 15. In some countries it's 14! But of course that only applies if the other party is over 18. And by god, don't be so narrow-minded and frigid. They started handing out condoms in sex-ed when I was in 8th grade.

Oh and studies show that kids are reaching puberty at a much earlier age than they used to. So I'm guessing that kids who have sex are also getting younger and younger. I once saw a 12 year old who had more sex appeal than I do... It was fucking scary!

They handed out condoms in 8th grade because of lack of education and inability to learn. An 8th graders body is not fully developed enough to deliver a child.... a natural consequence of sex. OH... and who has to support the babies of these children?? I guess us frigid, narrowminded people have to do that.
I am neither frigid nor narrowminded. Narrowmindedness is quite different then PURE stupidity. Oh... and no 12 year old has sex appeal. You thinking that a 12 yo would have it....is scary.

Education is always the key to safe practices. Revoking this education tells children and teenagers that their natural biological functions are dirty and immoral and should be suppressed. I'm not saying this girl should be having sex, if she doesn't want to. I think all sexual relationships, personally, should be taken at the slow rate with a lot of communication. But teenagers can be surprisingly good at these relationships, and the open communication starts young. You sit there and say kids shouldn't be having sex, or rather people between the ages of let's say 14-18, your reasons for this I assume are two things, unwanted pregnancy and STD's. This is where SAFE-SEX EDUCATION makes a big difference. The availability of contraceptives, how to use them and how to make the right decisions for you and talk to your partner about them are essential. Unwanted pregnancy can happen even in mature relationships and I still fail to understand why we treat herpes any different to a rash - they're both just infections and viruses.

As for your attack on me personally, I'll have you know I am a teenager with not kids of my own. I've made my own decision about my sexual relationships and have had very full fillings ones, I would defend myself further, but as I recall what I do with my body is none of your business.

You think it's not too young because you are also 14. But coming from an adults point of view, it seems way too young. These days it seems like the younger you have your first kiss the cooler you seem. Teens hormones are fluctuating everywhere and they want to you know what. And what does kissing lead to? :-/

Well adults points of views are a bit off because most 14 year olds are very mature, I mean I know what's to far yes the deed is too far for 14 but a little kissing and touching is fine

Actually, not a lot of 14 year olds are mature. Sure they are in the process of maturing, but they aren't there yet. Hormones do a weird thing to ya, and you can always control them. I just think that's still way to young to even have a boyfriend :-/

I'm sick and tired of people saying 14 is to darn young to do anything!!! Honestly now is the time to begin your adventure in life, as long as you pace yourself... You only life once, someday might be to late so live while your young! If you make a mistake then that's how you'll learn! So getting touchier with your bf lots of kissing and as it increases... Well if you 14 you know how it can increase
