My iPhone has to be wiped and I have to start over,but I can't re-type my email with out it saying invalid,but I know it works what do I do

You can contact iTunes and let them know of the problem with your phone. However, your phone could be having a problem with the credit card setting. iTunes should give you the correct security code for the card.
