What's the difference between grey and gray ?

It should be obvious from the get go... One has an a and the other has an e.
They are both interchangeable and mean the same thing. One is an english spelling and one is american.

No. American is something that comes from America. English comes from Great Britian. America is a melting pot of diverse cultures... Not just a dumping ground of fed up Brits that didnt like that little island country.

One is old English spelling like Shakespearian vocabulary the other is Americanized both mean the color. Gray is old English.

the two had the same meaning.. just in spelling.. most Americans used Gray to spell it, most of British they spell it as Grey.
