About how many days in a week should I exercise?

If you're doing cardio, like jogging for example, every day is fine--20 minutes at least. Before breakfast, you will burn twice as many calories. If you're weightlifting, no more than every other day. You can alternate cardio with weightlifting.

I would say every day even if it is for a short period of time. Just plan a certain time each day and create a habit.

in general, 2 or 3 days a week for slight improvement/maintenance. 4 to 5 days per week for better results.

6 days a week !! always allow time for certain muscles to heal if lifting weights...cardio everyday and just a small walk or light calisthenics on your rest day!
