How do I target belly fat and get rid of it?

I want to tone the belly fat out. I need some good exercises and maybe even some diet improving tips that would help. Thanks in advance!

Cardio. Anything to get your heart rate up.
Here's a good website to check out to find out what your heart rate should be:

Some examples are:
Running, jogging, walking hills, dancing, biking, swimming.

I'm no expert on losing weight but I'm an authority on staying thin and fit. The first and last rule to losing excess fat is coloric intake reduction. Everything else is bells and whistles. It's science. If you do not take in enough calories your body will burn excess fat as energy all the way until you die if you let it. Change your diet to "less calories" over and over until you start to see results and stick with it. Now let me be perfectly clear. When you change your diet, you don't lose weight and then eat whatever you want when at desired weight- you eat less for the rest of your life! Make sure you are getting proper nutrition and exercise will tone you up rather than just looking thin you will look hot.
