Well, permanent, I guess. Some are not treatable, and totally permanent. Some are treatable. Some of the treatable ones only mostly go away when treated, some go away completely. But if you don't get treatment, they don't go away on their own, and in fact could get so bad they'd kill you eventually. I suppose you COuLD get one from urine, since it's a bodily fluid, but you'd have to ingest it somehow. Like by drinking it or injecting it (who would do that). Or else it would have to come into contact with your blood by means of a cut or open sore or some thin mucus membranes.
