How can I get out of this depression? What are some constructive things I can do to make myself content?

Today ever sense I woke up i've been really really sad. The problem is that I feel like everyone is ganging up on me out of nowhere. It was three people yesterday that just out of the blue started trying to fight with me. I'm really not in the blame. And now I feel like I've done all these things wrong that didn't even happen. I mean really really upset. I don't know what to do with myself. Cryings not going to help. I need some helpful suggestions as things I can do to cheer myself up. I've been dwelling on this all day. And please don't take my depression as a joke. I am clinically depressed. I guess I need some friendly suggestions. Thanks you guys...

Try doing something you are good at, something you can feel proud of, like a hobby. Music, crafts, writing, etc. If you focus on creating something like that it could distract you from everything. Listening to something uplifting and peppy probably wouldn't hurt either.

Thanks a lot :) I really appreciate your advice. Sometimes it's just good to know I'm not invisible.. and I know dwelling on it is the worst thing I could do. Thanks again and god bless..

Of course! I know what it feels like to be invisible...I'm there a lot too. So it's always great to do something that I KNOW I'm good at, and something that I can do to make a difference! ^_^
