One of the best places that I've been on a cruis was the Danube..The river is really great and the route is going through some really great places and you can see lot's of thing. Other good destinations for cruising are caribbean, Bali and Bahamas. But I prefer river cruising.
It depends on what you are interested in. I have done several Caribbean cruises and they were fun, but I want to do the Alaskan cruise and the New England Fall Foliage cruise. I would also love to do some of the European River cruises.
I love all cruises and can't say anyone is better than another. Well....Alaska is pretty hard to beat.....but I have a suggestion on getting the cheapest price: vacationstogo.com. They sell empty cabins up to 90 days before departure date. ...sometimes 80% off.
-It depends on your interests and who you are. Do you enjoy cold weather? Then, go on an Alaskan or New England cruise. If you enjoy warm, tropical weather, which most people do, then take a Carribean or Meditteranean cruise. If you enjoy temperate weather, take a cruise through the rivers of Europe or on the Mississippi River in the United States. -I would personally enjoy a European river cruise, because as well as fine ding and entertainment, you also stop at major cities to refuel. While there, there is usually a tour throughout the historical and modern areas of the city. I would take a French or German cruise. They also speak English as a second language. -S. R.
