i have told atleast 3 people this Ok there are 3 types of sleeping people try all three and see what helps 1.Quiet Dark ( I Like to sleep like this ) 2. A little light and the RADIO 3. Light pretty music no light
Dont watch TV or use fo phone for 20 minutes before you go to bed. Try putting an esentical oil on your pillow, like lavendar. Maybe turn on quiet, light music in the backround and make sure everything is dark. Too many beeping bottons or flashing lights can be annoying. Then picture yourself throwing away all of your worries and thoughts away in a trashcan. SWEET DREAMS!
Keep your bedroom as dark and quiet as possible; if you can't get it dark, wear a sleep mask. If there is a problem with noises from outside, run a small fan in your room (not necessarily blowing right on you) so the hum will blend out other sounds. No coffee or caffeine after 7:00. No exercise either. No tense or suspenseful tv/movies close to bedroom. Only if nothing else works, or if a doctor advises it, start taking sleep meds.
