Why is it that whenever I post an answer, it's not visible to everyone for sometimes 30-40 minutes?

Sometimes it will post for everyone to see right away but other times it takes up to a hour. i dont know why it does that.

I'm not sure. You should definitely contact customer support though about that! They'll help you ;-)
