You need to do cardio, there is no tricks to losing fat in certain areas. Here's a trick I did that helped with lovehandles thou. I ran for 30-45 minutes 5-7 days a week. On 3-4 of those days I would also do toning exercises. Here's one for the lovehandle area. Get a light dumbbell, maybe 5 pounds to start with. Stand up straight. Hold the dumbbell in your right hand to start. Bend to the side, lowering the dumbbell down towards the floor Do 10 reps on your right side, and 10 reps on your left side. Repeat again for a total of 20 reps on each side. Good luck.
You can reduce your daily calories intake, drink water as the only source of liquids and also work out in the form of cardio. You can take dumbbells to do deadlifts and also you can do locust pose by doing face-down position.
