I too love doing exercise like jogging and some kind of simple exercises for my age. I use to go for brisk walking for one hour in the morning and little bit exercise in the garden. I have recently started doing Yoga.
I wish I liked it but I still go to the gym 6 days a week Sunday is my lazy day. I am trying to get more fit for summer. I like when I'm done with my 2 hour workout I feel good about myself but I wish I could sit on the couch and still be fit.
