Do you enjoy hot tea?

if so what kind? and for any specific reason? in example, to help u sleep, wake up, relax, etc. no I am not European.

I love tea, I love shops like"Teavana"'. My favorite is always changing. Lately it's been either Chai, marshmello, black tea and Red Rose. Loose tea or bags.

Many kinds of tea. Black & Green teas, English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Peppermint, Fennel, Camomile and a new one I just discovered: Chocolate Mint !

Chai is sweet, Marshmello, surprisingly is almost bitter, nothing like the hot chocolate topping! I was experimenting with loose teas, I don't think I'll repurchase.

lady grey is my favorite... minty undertones... I like the herbals as well though iced or hot.
Hot tea is great on cool days or lazy days you want to curl up, good option for low/no cal drink as well. Chamomile is a great relaxer for the end of the day.
