How do you stop a bully?

You can't. That said you report it to the proper people or if it is just verbal abuse you can ignore(which is impossible) keep tight with your friends. If it is physical absolutely call the cops.

You have to handle it yourself. If you reach out to someone in authority, you'll only be giving the bully more ammo to come after you with.

First you should at least let someone know what's going on so they are informed about the situation. If the person continues to mess with you, then by any means necessary protect yourself. Verbally warn the person to stop, and if they don't every person has a breaking point lol. Handle them, shake em up a little. You may get in trouble if you fight them, but its self defense. Do what you got to do.
