Should students be able to bring their phones to lunch

I think it should be up to the parent(s). As long as the student keeps the sound down, and it is lunch, which should be a form of free time, I think they should be allowed.

It's not disturbing learning. As long as there off and away by the tine class starts again, i don't see a problem.
