toddler abuse question?

This lady was hitting a 2 year old boy in the head with a diaper. also she is putting way way way to much cream on his butt he doesn't even have a rash! Also, she is like massaging his stomach and pressing on it. so the question is, How do u think the 2 year old is feeling? Is this actually abusive?

I've seen your previous questions. One, specifically stood out about a baby who you babysit, you kept giving him a "whooping" on his bare butt for being disobedient. I believe you are the abuser and needs to be reported.

Candybar, I couldn't agree with you more! She asked this same question a month ago. I just went to her profile to see if it was the same person, it is.

In some countries, nobody cares and it's not abusive. In others, it is. I don't really think that's abusive.

* Have you ever been hit with a diaper - it doesn't hurt.

* If he's prone to rashes, then she's probably using it as a preventative, so that he doesn't end up with one. They are extremely painful and make kids miserable.

* Stomach massage (done properly) helps with bowel movements and gas, and is relaxing in general.

None of the above are child abuse.

Look at her previous questions. She is the abuser.

None of that is abusive, sheesh. Women don't sexually abuse babies, and certainly not in front of witnesses if they did. She was caretaking.

Women do sexually abuse children. Though in this case I don't see anything suggesting sexual abuse.

Women do sexually abuse children, though in this case, I highly doubt any abuse is occurring.

No. I can't remember what the trick is called but, where I'm from they pull on babies and toddlers legs and arms and sometimes press on their stomachs so they grow tall and healthy. And if it was abuse she wouldn't do it in public. :)

Go back and read the great answers you were given last month when you asked this question.
Many caring people gave you excellent advice then. Maybe you should have listened then.

I am a parent and I thank you for this you kept a good eye out.. no matter if it was abuse or not you were aware of the situation..& I also think that the weight in the diaper could have been too much for his head.. also the diaper rash cream I wouldn't be too worried about.. because when he void's it goes into his diaper.. & as far as massaging his belly that is correct it moves his GI tract.. also can settle down a baby with colic. So keep on doing what you're doing you sound very kind & caring.
take care

I agree with @candybar. If you are so worried a bout a woman hitting her child with a diaper -which weighs less than one pound - dont hit the kids you babysit
