Should i do cardio tonight? read description.
So, it's about 10:15pm where i am, i finished my weight lifting session (back/biceps tonight) and planned on doing about 20 minutes cardio on my treadmill, at a pretty fast pace, like i usually do. it pretty much wipes my legs out for the night, and sometimes the next day. the problem is that tomorrow, i have to ride my bike to school, cant take the bus (long story) and my parents will both be gone. basically, the bike ride is about 10-15ish minutes, very much uphill the entire time on the way there, and 10ish minutes back home which is partially uphill. should i skip tonights cardio since i will be riding in about 7-7 1/2 hours? or should i do both, i just don't want my legs to be all worn out for my ride tomorrow. bad enough im gonna be all bundled up, its freakin cold in New York right now.
P.S- in case anyone is wondering an alternative, i have NO OTHER option but to ride my bike tomorrow (again long story)
