True or false? A car that has been washed and dried saves more fuel on the open road than a dirty car?

A car that has just been washed and dried is sticker, and will save less fuel because it sticks to the wind and has to go slower. Just kidding. It doesn't make any difference.

Yes, because it has less drag from the dirt. But never enuff difference to measure
