What do I do if my leg is sore
I do 20 min. workouts and tumbling and basketball
The first thing to do is to apply an ice pack to areas where you experience soreness. You will then massage the area to relieve muscle tension or take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication to help to reduce swelling and minimize pain.
Take a hot bath. It works for me.
Don't walk around
ice on for 20 mins off for 20 mins like 4 times. Stretch it out later and don't push it too hard
