There are many techniques to make your voice stronger - for loudness all you need is a microphone. practice singing, I recommend that you find a book in the library that has exercises for your breathing, and control.

You can learn to put pressure on your air and increasing your volume by doing something you already do in your speaking voice, but you haven't connected yet how to use it in your singing voice. Shout "Hey!" as if you are shouting at a child to keep it from running out in the street. Do this several times like a dog barking. You will feel pressure on your diaphragm each time you do this. Now do the shout, but this time, instead of a short bark sound, hold it out - HEYYYYY!!!!
as long as you can. You now have another vocal tool for increasing your volume and projecting your voice. Always stand tall, chest high and get a deep breath before singing out a musical phase. Think joy each time you let a note fly. It all helps.
