Is it legal to wear a gumby suit into target?

Im doing that this saturday and posting a video on facebook I think im allowed to.

It is NOT illegal. You can do this if you want to. However, If you create a disturbance doing this... THAT is illegal and you could end up getting arrested for it.

I would be careful, you could be taken as threat, intending robbery, whatever. Why don't you do it outside of retail/ business establishment so you don't look like the potential masked thug?

Yes but if caught wearing a Poky costume you run the risk of being shot --I'm Gumby damm it

A few days ago .. someone was wanting ideas with the Jehovah's witness coming to their home..
I suggested a loud barking dog sound track.. with a camera in place to record the reaction... I love that kind of stuff

I meant to dress as Gumby, too, but I'll wear anything, as long as my face is covered. :) I could have a blast in Target, in costume, wreaking havoc. lol
