I know it sounds like a dream, but diet pills do not work..well maybe for a few weeks but at a risk and if you don't follow the rules, you will gain back twice what you loss.So the best diet is to eat 5 small meals a day..cup of cereal, juice and an apple, etc..Diet is all about training food intake and exercise. You will be surprise how much you will lose with less food and lots of water and exercise. You have to stick to a new way of eating to keep off weight. Pills never do it. Take care..
