I have two broken computers. Can I bring them in to use the good parts to make a new computer?

I have two computer that just don't work. I was wondering if I could take them to a store, and if they could take the parts that still work out of each one, to make a functional computer. (That is if they are compatible) And if I can, how much does it typically cost?

That can be done, assuming the parts are compatible. For example, if a mother board is bad on one and a power supply unit is bad on the other, they can get the good parts from the other to make one good machine. I'd call for a estimate, but expect to pay $$$. You should try finding out what's wrongs with them, it's VERY easy to just switch parts.

That depends on what parts still work. The cost? I have no idea. Having other people work on your computer is always expensive.

Yes but if your mobo is fried it'll cost a lot. It's generally a better idea to get a whole new computer, but if it's just a PSU or something lame like that then the computer's are just an easy fix.
