Does lion really it its children, the cubs?

I don't remember the whole thing but when I was small, I think I learnt that a lion eats its children and lioness saves them from him.

That's not true. You might be thinking about how lions gently pick up their cubs with their mouths to carry them.
Oh, edit... I thought you were being more specific with "it's children." But yeah, it can eat other cubs...

Well... Not their own. The new leader kills the cubs which immediately sends the females into heat, and yes he will eat the old cubs as well.

if another male kills or wins in a fight against the head male of the pride, then the male will kill all of the cubs that are already in the pride

First, I hope that you are taking some English courses because your writing ability has much to be desired. Second, a female lion will not go into heat if she has cubs. Thus it is necessary for the male lion to kill the cubs so that the female will mate with him. Many female lions will hunt together and if they have cubs they will defend them. On the other hand, if the other female lions are young and have never had offspring, they will allow the cubs of the other female to be killed so that they can mate as well.
