I have NO experiance in making a web page but I want to be able to store all my fav pages in one spot. Any suggestions?

Not bookmark... I want to be able to log in and see whats happening where. Know what i mean? Or am I sleep deprived?

First, you need to decide on the theme of your website. Then, pick a domain name and a web host so as to sign up for an account. Once you are done, design your web pages by contacting a web editor or using a free software. Check out http://www.thesitewizard.com/gettingstarted/startwebsite.shtml for more details.
