So, you should eat 5 meals per day! Breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks between them. You should drink a lot of water, but the only time when it's not good to drinks is after eating (30 min)... It may sounds gross, but it's natural - go to the toilet after eating, just sit there and wait if something... comes out :D I'm not kidding, it's better to go to the toilet as much as you can, so you cannot feel pressure in your stomach and so on..
When I want to loose a few pounds I add a lot of fruit and veggies into my eating plan for the day. I try to cut back on anything that is made from a box. That way I can control my salt intake as well.
Fruits, vegetables and lean meats. Fruits and vegetable are usually pretty low in calories and have lots of vitamins and things that your body needs, and lean meats have protein in them which is very important for your muscles when you are dieting and exercising.
The most important thing people ignore is eating...don't to to avoid food thinking that I would make u slimmer and loose weight, it will do nothing...it will rather weaken your metabolism and make u look weak and dull ...for loosing weight, keep taking organic food as much as you can and avoid fried snacks and junk food...use cinnamon and other spices, it helps...and hope I helped...and Sylvia is also right...peace
